OCTOPUS WITH WINE & GREEN OLIVES
With extra virgin olive oil MOLIVO
Ingredients
1 medium octopus
1 cup white wine
1 cup extra virgin olive oil MOLIVO
whole black pepper
750gr green olives
5-6 laurel leaves
Execution
Wash the octopus and place it in a non-sticking casserole. Cook over a medium heat for 10 min, and poor over the wine. Add the oil and the rest of ingredients, cover and leave it to slowly boil on low heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
